Located at the corner of Pine and Howard Streets in Burlington’s historic South End, the Howard Space Center is Burlington’s original industrial incubator facility. This large building is comprised of affordable office, retail, and commercial spaces of various shapes and sizes. Store fronts in the complex currently include a coffee shop, a bakery, and grocery, furniture and clothing stores. Creative and flexible work spaces are occupied by dozens of local artists, craftspeople, photographers, architects, landscapers, and wood and metal workers. Private storage spaces are also available within the building.
